Antiperspirants and deodorants

A deodorant with a high aluminumchlorid- hexahydrate blocks the pores to avoid sweating.
I have tested some of them and I used a lot of it to cover my whole armpits. I doubt that it’s very healthy.  I had red and itchy armpits after using it. Did it help? Very little. The stain on my shirt was a little smaller, but still too big. A friend of mine had very good results with it though.

Tea

I have also tried various teas from various plants which were chosen through kinesiology most of them didn't taste so good and none of them really helped me.

Drugs

Here I do not have any experience. On the homepage www.sweating-help.com you will find a whole list of possibilities. I decided against drugs because I believe in the principles of homeopathy and I don't want to introduce any unnecessary chemical substances into my body.

Homeopathy

Unfortunately none of the three experienced homeopaths I went to could help me.

Alternative therapy

I have tried many. Acupuncture, homeopathy, kinesiology, Philippine healer…. Some of them actually helped reduce the sweating but not significantly enough.

Water Ionospheres

The skin is treated with a weak electric current. The hands or feet are put into water and a weak (15mA to 30mA) electric current is sent through them to reduce the sensitivity of the sweat pores. I haven’t tried it since I could not find a machine that would be suitable for the armpits - iontophoresis

Sweat pads

A product that can absorb the sweat. But the pads that I have tried were by far not absorbent enough. It didn’t take long and the pads were saturated and I had a stain on my shirt.

And now?

Still dark stains on my shirt under the armpits and still no help.
