Selling and buying are subject to strict legal requirements!
We think that these conditions are fair for our costumers. It is our desire that you evaluate us as pleasant. Therefore, we renounce to detailed legal paperwork and refer to the following points:
The law of Swiss Code of Obligations applies.
1. Return: Our products can be returned within 10 days. Worn products cannot be returned.
2. The buyer must be of age.
3. Ordering: In the laulas shop you place an online-order. The order is binding, when you press the send-button. Please note that a legal contract is placed.
4. Delays: If an item of your order is not in stock, you will receive the item available and the out of stock item will be reserved for you and sent as soon as possible.
5. Shipping and transfer of risk: The risk of shipping is transferred from laulas-Shop to the buyer with the dispatch of the goods.
6. Shipping costs: Your order confirmation will show the shipping cost of your country. Countries outside the European Union and outside Switzerland may be charged customs fees. These costs are borne by the purchaser.
7. Outstanding payments are due within 10 days net.
8. The delivered goods remain our property until full payment.
9. laulas can offer to new customers on advance payments or cash on delivery.
10. laulas will assign non-payments of outstanding invoices to an authorized debt collection agency.
11. Jurisdiction is Bremgarten (Aargau), Switzerland.

19.12.2011 I bought a laulas undershirt last week. I habe been testing it for a few days in really stressful situations, in which you sweat even more then usual. Although laulas does not solve the original problem of hyperhidrosis, this undershirt helps people who suffer from this disorder to make their life better.

Dear Mr Goss, I am so happy with the undershirt that I've made a reorder today. If you are thinking of expanding your product range, I would suggest a long-sleeved shirt with round neck, or even better as a body (both long and short sleeved). Thank you for your idea!
